The Australia-China Commerce and Industry Alliance (ACCIA) was duly registered in Australia on 8 August 2012. It is a not-for-profit business association founded jointly by entrepreneurs, business figures and professionals from a range of fields based in Australia.
Guided by the principles of open cooperation, mutual benefit and fair competition, ACCIA works to deepen commercial ties between the business communities of Australia and China. Through cross-border business visits, market intelligence exchange and industry matchmaking, we provide enterprises on both sides with a professional and effective non-governmental platform for business exchange.
To build an efficient and professional platform for exchange and interaction among members, and an environment in which members learn from one another and grow together; to promote connections and business visits between enterprises and business figures in Australia and China, supporting the steady growth of member enterprises in Australia and deepening trade and economic exchange and cooperation between the business communities of both countries.

On 16 May 2026, ACCIA held the 3rd meeting of its 5th Council. Members of the Alliance's Presidium and Council gathered together to discuss major plans for the Chamber's development and chart a new future together.
